Dr Bergh is truly incredible. His expertise and level of care is the best I have ever experienced from any medical provider. I came to RMA and Dr Bergh for a second opinion after another clinic had no answers or diagnosis for me. I was first referred to RMA in April 2024. I immediately felt like we were in the right place upon our initial consult with Dr. Bergh. He was very knowledgeable, explained the process so we knew what to expect, and overall confident that we would have a positive outcome. Christina was our nurse practitioner and she was excellent. Our experience with RMA was amazing from day 1. Everyone we dealt with made us feel comfortable and was wonderful to deal with-from the office staff to the nurses and doctors. Every visit was pleasant and no matter how nervous I was at any given point, that was met with empathy, kindness and transparency from those I dealt with. All procedures performed were explained in great detail and very professionally handled. Could not have asked for a better experience during such a hard time.
RMA’s level of care and expertise far exceeded my expectations. For such a vulnerable and challenging journey, they were tender, patient, always willing to try new things and have supported me every step of the way. They have such an incredible team from the doctors and nurses, to the phlebotomists and front desk, to the ultrasound techs and embryologists, and everyone in between. Truly a special place!
