Attempted to reschedule an appointment for Monday on the Thursday before. Staff member states 72 hour business hour cancellation policy and if I do reschedule I need a credit card on file to charge. Trying to establish care and incurring a charge before stepping in the building. This policy is not clearly listed anywhere on their website nor did I receive any email/text regarding this when I set up the initial appointment.
I come here for outpatient monitoring, as a surrogate. They are always super fast and professional - fastest medical care I've received anywhere, with almost no wait time - and have nice calm offices with friendly staff.

Dr Bergh is truly incredible. His expertise and level of care is the best I have ever experienced from any medical provider. I came to RMA and Dr Bergh for a second opinion after another clinic had no answers or diagnosis for me. I simply wanted to confirm that there was nothing to be done, but he was able to give me both answers and a path forward.
