We can't say enough great things about RMIA. Our experience with them so far has been incredible, from receptionists, nurses to Dr. Jensen. From our initial call with Dr. Jensen I could immediately tell that she had fully read our case. This is our experience and the rating has mostly to do with Dr. Jensen and the poor communication. It'll be long but for those choosing between IVF clinics I hope it helps. I waited a year to write this to make sure not all IVF clinics were like RMIA, they aren't. Here is a bullet point version: Pros: 1. Overall kind staff, lab ladies were the best! 2. Tina! What a wonderful place! After not being able to find the answers we were looking for with our local clinic, we decided to seek out a specialty fertility clinic. We are incredibly happy with the staff and our experience with RMIA! Everyone was super friendly, caring, understanding and compassionate our whole journey! We ended up doing IVF with one retrieval.
