The actual clinic experience was great, pretty smooth getting the SHG. but very disappointed at the lack of information regarding what to expect after, what’s normal/abnormal, when to seek help. I ended up having pretty debilitating cramps for over 24 h after. Since I didn’t know if this was normal I ended up going to ED to rule out other concerns and turns out nothing was wrong and it is bc of the SHG. So yeah some info would’ve been appreciated.
I had an ultrasound and the experience was great. All staff, from front desk to the technicians and nurses, are very helpful, caring and cordial. The procedure was done smoothly and professionally.
