I had amazing experiences from 10/23/2023-7/2025. Then I met with a provider or NP named Gaby. This NP was rude and condescending. I spoke with the office manager but then read to the notes of this provider. In my opinion as a nurse, this NP needs education on how to have interactions with patients without gas lighting. Dr. Kongoasa has a wonderful practice. I have gone since it opened in January 2019. They have always worked to go above and beyond to make sure I have the lab orders I need, as well as the plan each cycle to optimize our chances for peak fertility. Beware of excess fees associated with RHM gynecology! I was seeing a midwife virtually and all was well. I got pregnant earlier 2024 and shared the results. Labs called in and done. Then miscarried and also shared the results but never a charge to my account. End of May 2024 I got another positive pregnancy test and again shared the results. Had labs done. Their entire team is amazing & great communicators. I was treated by Elizabeth whom was always kind, informative & thorough.
