I have been a patient at this office since 2024, and while the care itself has been professional, I am extremely frustrated with their billing practices. I had two OB/GYN visits for the exact same service, but the office billed different CPT codes for each visit. One of the visit notes doesn’t even list a reason for the appointment, making it unclear how this could happen. Dr. Kongoasa is a one-in-a million gift to humanity. I was told I had at least stage 3 endometriosis by an RE almost a year ago. After some wisdom from a couple of people, I decided to research and seek laparoscopic excision surgery. I had amazing experiences from 10/23/2023-7/2025. Then I met with a provider or NP named Gaby. This NP was rude and condescending. I spoke with the office manager but then read to the notes of this provider. In my opinion as a nurse, this NP needs education on how to have interactions with patients without gas lighting. Also no need to ask a ton of history questions that have been in the chart since October 2023. Dr. K was genuinely kind and respectful.
