They dont help. Twice in the past few years i was put on a waiting list i never ended up seeing anyone and my mental state got so bad i ended up in the hospital. Never was treated properly, and never did get the help i was told i would recieve. Still getting worse by the day, and all they say is im on a waiting list... wont need to put me on that list if im dead!
