When we started with the clinic Dr. Nasab gave us so much hope. Her clear directives of treatment options and education sealed the deal for us in working with RFC after experiencing disappointment and frustration with another clinic. It was Dr. Nasab that did the proper diagnostics to help us uncover why we were having trouble conceiving and her guidance on a path forward was key. This place lied so much to me and my husband . I can’t believe I fell for it I was left in tears this IVF clinic is all for profit they truly do not want to help families. We were lied to about a clinical trial and right before it was time to start our trial . Our coordinator went completely silent on us . When my cycle came around and it was time to do my IVF cycle my coordinator sent me a generic email saying sorry the trial was canceled we’re working on a email to send you guys who were participating in the trail . Being that my husband and i had already done the fertility journey with two other facilities we had come to Rfc shot down and lost of hope. Dr Lyn and his staff change that as we are now on our second successful pregnancy we are thrilled with excitement in expecting our bundle of joy. We would definitely recommend this facility. They are not just about $$ they actually do have empathy and care for their patients. Theres no way to repay them. Thanks again 🙏
Dr. Nasab was truly exceptional in our fertility journey! She was caring and helped us keep realistic expectations. She got to know our personalities and communicated based on percentages (something we needed). I would 100% recommend Dr. Nasab and RFC to anyone in need of care. The office accepts insurance and the billing department was very pleasant to work with. Her support staff, especially Nataly helped guide us every step of the way. Thank you RFC for helping us obtain our baby dream!
This place lied and scammed me and my wife out of the chance to be a mother’s . Me and my wife went down to The corona office for our first visit signed all the paperwork had blood work done did the AmH testing we were so happy that this was our time . They told us that we were approved to start the IVF trial . My coordinator Ignored me for weeks my coordinator did not respond to me when she finally did respond to me.
