I had an amazing experience at this clinic. The only thing to be mindful of is that if an appointment gets cancelled, they may not always notify you, so it’s good to double-check. My experience with IUI went very smoothly. The nurse practitioner tiffany was extremely experienced, kind, and guided me very well throughout the process. I felt well supported and in good hands. We went to San Francisco. I think the issues are a low-quality lab and poor physician oversight. We went through 2 cycles with 35+ eggs each cycle. Nothing seemed to work. The doctors blamed us. We investigated and learned that the paperwork had errors (wrong day for the trigger), the doctors made errors (poor communication), and the lab seemed to be having trouble (poor results on fertilization). All I can say it's positive things about the Arquez facility. They know how to take care of you. All the nurses are very patient and caring. From the receptionist to the nurses they are all very kind and helpful. Made my experience very smooth. I'm very thankful for them.
