Fantastic!! It was great! They really took the time to listen to me and review my test results to figure out the issue and provide me with solutions that fit my preferences. They were quick to get me in for an appointment too, so there was no long wait for weeks just to get seen by the doctor!

IVF #1 Success w/Dr. Heiner Dr. Heiner and the staff made us feel comfortable from the first appointment!! We were at a different facility before for over a year and met with the physician a total of 3 times. We saw Dr. Heiner at almost every appointment and there was a difference right away. So grateful to RCC! He has been amazing! Could not have asked for a better Doctor. Makes you feel so comfortable. Have been so impressed by all of his recommendations for our cycles. We are so grateful for Dr. Heiner and his staff!!!
Not Impressed yet I just felt like the dr was very business and almost pushy. There was zero empathy and I feel like that is super important when talking to patients about infertility. Most people are in denial for awhile ably infertility and by the time they get to a dr they have exhausted all other options and they just want someone to help and to listen to them. I did not get that all. He was pushy and did not listen to what I was saying. I have heard great things about the clinic but I was not impressed by the dr I saw.
Very caring doctor He was very knowledgeable, calmed our concerns, and definitely cares about his patients.
Fine Had some communication problems sometimes and running late on my appointments. For the most part it was fine.
frustrated but thankful heiner has been good. but the staff needs to learn the patients situations a little better! i suffered from uterine cancer and had a full hysterectomy we were using a gestational carrier and the staff would argue with me that i would need an ultrasound, or they will bill my gestational carrier when she should not be paying anything! the staff is air headed! and i think there needs to be some kind of contract when you sign on with rcc they showed us the prices so we went and took out a loan and after d... read more
