They called and asked to speak with me and requested personal information. When I said, "No" and asked who it was calling, the woman stated, "Reports, Inc." When I asked what their address was, she only said, "Knoxville". I again asked for their address and was told, "Knoxville, look it up on the Better Business Bureau." They refuse to elaborate who they are over the phone. They'll ask you to give your personal information without telling you who they are. Who on earth would volunteer their information to a potential spam call. They'll say they can't give any information due to HIPPA, but that's just a slimy excuse to avoid changing their tactics. It's not a HIPPA violation to tell us what your company does. They don't understand the basic principles of trust.
