They drag there feet my sales guy lied to me several times the manager tried to say the shady things they did during our tour of the home didn't happen even though we had video evidence from the sales rep phone that he sent us then after months of trying to get the home it arives and it is damaged from the drive they literally just slap it together less then six months we have been in the home the stove doesn't work right the dishwasher doesnt work right all supposed to be brand new and as of this week our air conditioning u... read more

The process was loooonnnnngggg but buying a house isn't a walk in the park.... I am truly happy with the home I choose and the help from the staff.....however I wish they would do a regular check in an give information weekly I've sent text messages asking questions an sometimes it took over a week just to reply....but just to know that you're being thought about goes along way.
