RecommendedWhen I was going through my month long treatment at UVMMC, I visited Replays almost daily, and always found something that was unexpected and delightful. Toward the end of my treatments, my nephew invited me to go to Paris to celebrate and the ladies in Replays rallied round outfitting me properly for my Parisian adventure! LOVE this place!
I love this store. In just two visits, I found 5 business suits in my size for less than $18 each. High quality women's suits in my size, needing only minor alterations (hemming 2 pairs of pants because I am short even for petite sizes), in lovely condition. The staff are all very helpful and delightfully friendly. I felt immediately welcome, and they answered all of my questions without making me feel like a bother. I will be shopping here quite a bit. They are way over priced for the things that get donated to them. It’s so full in there you can hardly move around in there.
A better alternative to the larger or corporate thrift stores in the area. The store is well stocked with an array of interesting items. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Plus, the proceeds go towards local causes at the UVM Medical Center.
this is a great thrift store. I love going there. you never know what you're going to find. very decent prices too! one of my favorite places. I always leave with something.
Today at Replays I found myself in abdominal pain and bowel problems. I explained my situation to two volunteers, asked to use the bathroom as this was an emergency, and was told, “No” both times. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have never made this request. Whomever makes and institutes these policies should have a re-think and perhaps make accommodations, most certainly for emergencies and most possibly for everyday customer usages. I will not be shopping at Replays again, and I feel sad about that...Over the ... read more
