The folks at Window World are fantastic! Everyone from sales, to installation and the office were friendly and made this process a breeze. Plus, our front entry way looks amazing and couldn’t have been done any better. The removal and installation of the new entry way took, maybe 2 hours. I would highly suggest reaching out to them for any door/window needs!!
Everything about our Window World experience has been perfect. The installers came on time and did a great job with clean-up when they were finished. They were very helpful with showing us everything and answering all of our questions. The office staff was wonderful to work with and we also got our windows earlier than expected. AJ was very laid back and was extremely knowledgeable about all of their products and installation processes.
The installers did a great job. Only took half a day to remove my old door and install a new sliding glass door. Very professional, very clean. It's been a few weeks and no issues. Since I had a custom door size, it took 4 months for the door to be delivered to their warehouse. It was installed the next week.
