Very disappointed to see that this business closed since they offered a "lifetime warranty". When we redid the seals on our doors we found the windows were not the correct size and you can feel a substantial draft. I'm so glad we spent $10k on windows that weren't correct from the start and now we have to fix their mistakes. Anthony Potts (the owner) is now a Territory Sales Manager for NT Window so everyone beware!
(11-03-25) One of my windows broke and now I can't get ahold of these guys to save my life. The installers didn't leave the stickers in the windows so I don't even know who to call to order a replacement. If they ever show back up and start selling/installing again then run for the hills. Hoping nobody can top this review with something worse that this company did to them. I ordered and paid for my windows (over $30k in windows) the Fall of 2023. Windows supposedly didn’t arrive until mid December so we scheduled for install after the holidays for mid January. Mid January arrives with a blast of snow, below zero weather, and moisture and these clowns get mad because I won’t let them install while it’s raining and snowing.
