I called on a Sunday because my heat is out..I know exactly what is broken and I either need the part or need them to install it . My.house is 50 degrees. I was told they cannot page the on call technician for an emergency call be cause I AM NOT AN ESTABLISHED CUSTOMER. so please folks don't be in an emergency and call this place unless your established cause they will turn you away
