Great selection and service I liked my glasses, they did a great job and the turn around time was fast. I would order from RLE again.

Tried to pass off cheap lenses (with wrong prescription) as Zeiss Transitions - pretty obvious they weren't the right lenses, because they were not even Transitions...! They were huffy and evasive - and insisted I return my glasses to them. As I predicted, I never got my glasses back! AND they only issued a partial refund after 2 months of harassing them. Stay away!!

FRAUD! The website talks about how they are a family owned company since 1982 or whatever and the optician they have listed under the "Meet our Optician" Is NOT correct any longer...He is the owners uncle and part owner of Higgins Brothers Vision care in Plainville CT......He used to do all the work for RLE and it was all family..However there was a huge family falling out due to David's drug use among a ton of other issues with the work as you can read in reviews. These guys are a joke. I have placed my order almost a week ago and wanted to give them a fair chance to perform as a reputable seller. However, they did not deliver on my expectations: the item was never shipped and they did not even bother to notify me about product availability....
