I placed an order lap top key on 18 Dec, 2011 , I wait for over a week part didnt come so I call them, they ask for my address which I gave to them same one when I order the partI wait for another week part stil didnt show up, call them up again, they said they will re ship because during Holiday delay.but they never give me the tracking number since I order placed. By this time I still dont have part, it almost a month so far, so my advise is DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!

Crap shipping. I have never bought anything online to have it shipped scotch-taped to a paper towel inside of an envelope! Why???I pulled the key off, didnt notice anything else on the napkin. So I threw it out. Then when I was attaching the key, I realized there was no bracket.They would not help me in the matter but offered to give me a 10% off code.
