I came in late in the afternoon asking if I could please get any type of glass as it was a rush. I had two window panes that needed reglassed. Awful communication or complete lack of from communication/response Alise. Dishonesty when we could reach her! No ability to take ownership over their mistakes. Only admitted when I brought up the written email proof of their dishonesty. When I asked to talk to the owner such defensiveness and reluctance to even give me the owners contact info.
