I recently used Replacealens for the first time and I had a very positive experience. Their communications with me was prompt and very professional. During the time from shipping to when I received my new lens in my frames I felt I had confidence in their ability to provide a final product that I would be happy with. I am retired and no longer have insurance and Replacealens will now be our provider for quality Rx glasses for me and my wife. Thank you all at Replacealens.
Due to several eye surgeries and other reasons, my prescription frequently changes. I have accordingly utilized ReplaceALens on several occasions and they have never let me down. Not only are the lenses always well within specifications, the customer service is second to none.
