My experience with Repipe Specialists was very good. *** was excellent in keeping me informed every step of the way. *** and *** (including their crew) were efficient professional and thorough in doing their job. They did exacting what they said they would do and were in and out on time. The patchers were a little less professional. I thought they could have been more informative and cleaner with their work. Truly, this is not a pleasant experience to have to go through. We had been battling with leaky pipes for over a year. Lots of monies put in already. Had to make the costly decision to repipe. Most of staff were kind & explained what was going on. Holes in the house everywhere...need to get to pipes. Just messy & dusty when done. Hoping it fixed our problems. Nice thing is is that the warranty passes on to next homeowners when we downsize.

this company was ******. had it all done, the whole house, in one day. excellent work. they were attentive to any concerns I had and were very courteous. cleaned up everything after the work was finished. I would recommend them to anyone

Absolutely exactly what was needed in our home. Very detailed initial meeting with pictures and measurements. Follow up by another visit going through the job details, crawling underneath into the crawlspace. Began prep work on first day, installed all pipes on second day, about a week later drywall put in and taped. Such a good on taping, I haven't painted the wall. Water pressure is excellent. It has the increased value of this 60+ home, big time!

If could give a minus star I would. Signed a contract with Repipe Specialist on 7/11/2023. Work Order number ******. Put a 10 percent down payment of the job of $1400. Salesperson ************************* scheduled work to be done on 9/13-9/14/23 by a contractor. On the day of the job, the contractor arrived and someone by the name of ** from the ***************** arrived at my house without me knowing. About 30 minutes later, I asked where's the permit. Buyer beware. This company is not local and their corporate structure is worse than the Sopranos.They contract out all of their services. If you find a problem or issue with the service, Repipe Specialists will deny any affiliation with the contractor and deny any reparations. They are ignorant to the law of respondeat superior, agency/agent, employer/employee. In any event, they skirt past the law because folks allow them to do so. I'm so glad that I selected Repipe to take care of removing my old galvanized pipes. My water was ***** and smelly. Now I can bath and drink the water without any bad taste or itchy skin from bathing in the water. The work was done correct the first time and the work crew worked very efficiently together. They also covered the floors and clean up afterwards. The next step was for the wall to be repaired. My wall are so smooth as if they were never cut into. I was very impressed with the gentlemen that arrived on time to begin my project. They explained things throughly and ask questions before changing placement of any water lines. Hot water gets hotter much faster and the water pressure is fantastic.
