After having several leaks repaired, I found out that I needed a full re-pipe. My neighbors recommended Repipe1. Nataly walked through the process. I was very satisfied with how fast and smooth the repair went. They are top-notch. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Five stars for the work itself, but 0 stars for customer service. The work itself was excellent, but I had several issues with the company and their customer service. We hired Repipe1 to repipe our townhome after experiencing two slab leaks. We spoke with six different plumbers/companies, and it was clear that Repipe1 knew what they were talking about. Our home off Ventura Boulevard still had much of its original plumbing, and we wanted to replace it before starting updates to the kitchen and two bathrooms. The sewer line had reached the point where repairs no longer made sense. Every few months, we dealt with the same problem, so we decided to replace it. Repipe1 installed a new sewer line from the home to the city connection and added a cleanout, making future maintenance much easier. The work was organized, the yard was restored neatly, and everything has worked exactly as it should since then.
