Just completed a whole home repipe.I came away very impressed with all the people and the process. For such a seemingly big and messy job, Repipe1 took care of everything so well and made it all so easy. After connecting with them at their website, the very next day Josh was at the house looking it over and explaining everything very well. Had an appointment today with Ricardo S to fix on-going issues with the shower cartridge that keep causing water to drip/leak out of the spout. He replaced the faulty cartridge which will be the third time now that this has been replaced. He said that if this problem happens again, he will also replace the shower valve assembly next. Ricardo is very knowledgeable, considerate (wore disposable booties), and a professional. We are very happy with the service he provided and definitely would recommend him and the company.
Horrible experience! I had this company come out to repipe my whole house. In the process they burned a hole in my couch and left dirt and debris everywhere that I'm sure is not good for my family to be coming in contact with. Please don't use this company.. I doubt they will do anything to replace the damaged property per what I've seen on BBB
Repipe 1 did our whole house repipe last week in Rancho Santa Margarita after a slab leak. Their work was seamless and they effectively communicated with us about the process, piping materials, inspection and the replacement of the drywall and stucco. Greg, Karla and their team were so meticulous and highly skilled. Never expected the process to be done so fast with much precision.
