Older persons Mental Health Team the manager is a bully and the place is dangerous. Poor practices persist. Agency staff try and change practices but get bullied. Anyone more qualified than current manager gets shafted. Avoid this place ,permanent staff are too frightened to report this place Should be investigated. Toxic culture .
