They have my phone for about a month and there is no updates or response to calls or email essentially they decided that it is ok to just keep my money and my phone. This is not a isolated incident you can read the reviews, I should have done more research... BBB is next. Please, do not let this guys continue taking advantage of people report them to the BBB as I will if they do not the job as the promised.

I sent my tablet in for repair using a prepaid label provided by RepairZoom. UPS has been unable to deliver because the business is closed. I can’t get an answer to daily phone calls or to emails as to the status of the repair. At the moment my tablet sits unclaimed at a UPS location in California and I’m out almost $300 for the prepaid repair. Zero communication from the company and no responses to my messages by phone, email, Instagram, and Facebook. What an awful experience.

While I was initially happy with the repair that was done at repair zoom unfortunately I think I am going to be left out to dry with my situation. Less than a week since the repair the screen broke under just the pressure of a screen protector install. This is not the first time I have installed a screen protector and obviously wanted to protect the repair that was made but I don't think a screen should crack under such a minimal amount of pressure unless the screen used was defective. I called the store and the person who answered said it would be a new full price repair and dismissed any chance of the screen being at fault. He told me the manager who could determine wether this could be covered under warranty was away for a week and advised me to email the sales team from the order ticket so at this point I am hoping to hear back.

Frustrating. They called my daughter three times saying her repairs were done. Each time she went they told her it wasn’t ready and this last time no one was at the store and the doors were locked. Why would you call to say her watch was ready for pickup?

I was furious with RepairZoom when I sent them my child’s iPad for repair and they ghosted me for a month. But we finally got it back this week AND I got an apology for the delay during the Covid lockdown. A sincere apology goes a long way. Thanks!

Was very nervous I had sent my ipads in after reading these reviews and not hearing back for 3 weeks. Contacted BBB and then had very attentive communication from RepairZoom after that. The ipads returned today and look great! I'm neutral-they should communicate better but I'm thinking they must be really busy as I did get my devices 😍

I'm not sure why all the negative reviews!? I work in Irvine and have been there multiple times; I have had an iPhone screen repair and multiple iPad screen repairs (my dogs tail seems to have an iPad destruct feature - ugh!). I am usually in and out with a repaired phone during my lunch break! They are awesome! Keep up the good work RepairZoom!
