We've had our blinds for about 17 years and they still look great and work perfect. We broke one little piece, and even though it was our fault, they came over and fixed it at no cost. Loved that they weren't pushy salesmen, and that the product was made here locally. Great company to work with!

The salesperson Kevin was pleasant to work with in picking out the blinds. They blinds were ordered 5/15 and installed 6/4 so the turn around time was great. Plus made in Alaska. Quality seems good, but time will tell. Installer Tim was quick, courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. Will use again in the future.
