I was thoroughly satisfied with the repair of my transmission with the service that I received at Repairs Done Right. There were the only repair shop that could service my transmission with the quality of care and competence versus other shops. Most shops would only drain and fill my transmission fluid, but Repairs Done Right not only drained and filled my fluids, but they also removed my transmission pan and changed my filters which nobody else would do even the dealerships. The customer service was the best I've seen on the island! We felt very confident with the repairs to our older car. This was our first time using Repairs Done Right after being referred to by a close family member. I will return for service with my other car when needed. Great Team of people here with plenty ALOHA and a pleasure to work with.
Billy and his crew were great. He knew exactly what was wrong with my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. They had just serviced 3 others with the same issue. Oil in the coolant because of faulty "O" rings. It was a big job and now I'm back on the road. Mahalo to Repairs done right!
