Called this company to come and repair my gas fireplace. The tech that came out was 2.5hrs late, which I had grace for because of car troubles. He inspected the fireplace came to the conclusion that it needed a new part. The tech then asked if I had 20 dollars cash because he had spent his expense money on fixing his car that morning. I was taken a back and confused whether he was asking for money to get into town to buy the part of for gas? He then said that I was welcome to come along with him into to town to get the part.... read more
