I'm only giving one star because I can't give ZERO!!! I took my laptop in and the man said he would call me and give me updates. He called one time and left a voice mail and like a normal busy person I forgot to call him back. I called today and he told me it was past 30 days so he threw it away. I asked why he didn't call me again and he said he called 3 times and talked to me in person and I stated I could look back on my phone bill and prove he only called once and he said that's not his problem and I said he should have ... read more
This guy is one of the rudest people I have ever ran across. Seems to think that the rest of the world is inferior to him. Actually called me a "&itch" because I told him I didn't like his attitude. Only giving this one star because it won't let me post with none!
