Michael is very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. He recently repaired a clothes dryer for me as well as our dishwasher. The dishwasher was a complicated repair that took multiple visits to fix. Both appliances working great now.
Michael is an honest and communicative professional. He came and diagnosed my broken refrigerator and gave me options to proceed. Even when I changed my mind he was understanding and not pushy. His prices are also very reasonable which is the cherry on top.
Extremely helpful and responsive for a malfunctioning washing machine. I will be back in the future.
Michael of M & G Appliances is an excellent repairman who goes out of his way to complete a job successfully. For example, I had an old KitchenAid microwave-oven wall combination & the microwave broke. While the whirlpool repair line said it was too old to fix, Michael managed to find the parts needed on the secondary market and brought it back to life.
