Gentleman was super helpful. Could not get my laptop to turn on. Turned out to be an easy fix and they helped right away.
After a miscommunication on the cost of my screen replacement, the owner kindly reached out to get the details of my interaction. Once we finished our conversation, I was immediately reimbursed for the accidental overcharge. My phone was 4 years old and dirty as could be. Upon pickup of my phone it looked brand new like the day I got it. Nice to see business owner with integrity, few and far between these days. I will do repeat business as well as refer people to Repair All. 👌🏽
After my initial review I was contacted by the owner to clear up the miscommunication. He made sure to address my issues and concerns. After all was said and done my phone was back to working order. I dont know of to many places that actually try to correct their mistakes to keep customers but this experience let's me know that they do value their customer relationships more than most places. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to fix their phone.
Called in before hand told me come in any time, had my phone complete with warranty in less than 30 min iPhone 17 pro. Good price for honest service and work
