Always good and fast with the repair
Excellent customer care. These guys are professional and very very respectful to the customers.
I have been here multiple times throughout the years, even through remodeling/possible new owners and they have saved the day every time! Very quick for most damages and very fair prices for the speed and quality of the service. I may have to go back for my recent repair, as I’m still having very minor issues after not confirming and authenticating the repair in my iphones settings but other than that, very friendly and clearly best option in Lodi. I Might try the Stockton location next and see if it compares!
It was a complete wasted my time before I turned in my phone for service. They were super cool until I handed my phone. They just gave me the runaround for 3 weeks. Ultimately they just repaired the screen. They couldn't do a data transfer when they highly suggested it 3 weeks of the runaround. They couldn't even get a hold of me the first two weeks for a cell phone company repair. You would think they would call your cell phone. It's just complete nonsense. They're all guys that are.
