5 stars – Outstanding Service! Jim at Repair Specialist Inc was amazing! He fixed a roof leak that several others couldn’t figure out, which was such a relief. On top of that, he tuck pointed our chimney and did a fantastic job; everything looks solid and neat. Jim was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure everything was done right. I’m so grateful for his expertise and highly recommend him to anyone needing reliable repair work. Thanks so much, Jim!
Jim saved the day with a time-sensitive repair! He was communicative, explained everything, and was super understanding when I had follow-up questions during and after the repair itself. Highly recommend, and while I hope I don't have too many more repairs in my future, I will certainly be calling Jim if I do :)
Over at least five years, when we have had a roof, skylight, or siding problem, we have been saved by Jim "The Repair Specialist." He is highly competent and reliable, stands behind his work, and his prices are reasonable. But Jim reports one recurrent problem. On days without stormy weather, home owners call and he can promptly drive over, provide an estimate, and soon do the repair. Jim was very prompt and professional when it came to tuck pointing my leaky attic. I haven’t noticed seen any water coming through since he finished.
