I called to inquire about obtaining an estimate. I’m definitely not a roofing expert this is why I’m soliciting a contractor to look at my problem and give me an estimate. The person answering the phone wanted me to give her details about my roof that I didn’t know. I felt like my business wasn’t important to her. I ended the call and was disappointed that she wanted information that I couldn’t provide, such as what type of roof it is and the materials on the roof.
Met with Jim to evaluate the condition of a roof. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I will certainly reach out to his company again.
had a roof put on by a company that has no affiliation to Jim that included a lifetime warranty, the first time it rained the roof leaked, called them up they came out and said it was fixed but the next time it rained the roof leaked again. So I called Jim and he came the next day and figured it out and fixed the problem! I had moisture issues in the attic and he put in a ridge vent on my roof and took out the fans and I haven’t had any problems with my roof since. 5 stars – Outstanding Service! Jim at Repair Specialist Inc was amazing! He fixed a roof leak that several others couldn’t figure out, which was such a relief. On top of that, he tuck pointed our chimney and did a fantastic job; everything looks solid and neat. Jim was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure everything was done right. Jim saved the day with a time-sensitive repair! He was communicative, explained everything, and was super understanding when I had follow-up questions during and after the repair itself. Highly recommend, and while I hope I don't have too many more repairs in my future, I will certainly be calling Jim if I do :)
