They were very helpful and had what I needed.
I brought my chainsaw here in August for a simple repair. The saw had an excessive oil leak and wouldnt oil the chain. When I picked it I paid the charge and took them at their word it had been repaired. later that day, I went to use it. This is when I tested out the repair. Small puddle of oil on the bottom of the box. Started it up and tested it for shooting oil off the bar's front. Nothing. I had no signal but got through to them a few days later.
