This place has been around for a very long time, and every time I go there, the customer service is always great, and I'm always able to get the parts that I need.

I dropped off three sets of chains to be sharpened on March 19th. I was told it would be a 4 week turn around time (2 weeks if "I was in a hurry") so I agreed to the 4 weeks. Today is almost 8 weeks later and I had heard nothing so I stopped in the shop to check on my chains. They had not been touched since drop off... I asked for my chains back to just sharpen myself at this point (even if it was going to take 40 hours of You Tube instruction, it would still be a quicker turn around time).
