Very patronizing response from the owner as expected. He actually half admits he screwed me on the price - he didn’t do the tie rods but did the other two - he admits these are the right parts but claims the prices have dropped over $100 on the strut/coil and over $30 on the sway link in less than a month since he did the repair LOL. This guy is a champ. It's Saturday at noon and my window regulator went out, leaving my driver's window wide open with rain clouds blowing in. Answered right away, gave a rough estimate over the phone, and his estimate ended up being spot on later Called him and not only did he track down the part for my 20 year old car, but also got out the same day and got it fixed even beyond normal working hours so I can have a functioning window before going to sleep. A+
Mike was solid. Went the extra mile to get my truck started back up. Would highly recommend.
My car broke down across town on a Sunday morning on a holiday weekend. After calling a couple of places, I reached Repair Anywhere on the second ring and he diagnosed the problem and found me an auto shop a mile away to do the repair. He even told me exactly what to tell them. So relieved! Thank you!
