The dispatcher (aaron) did what he could to get someone out to handle my late night plumbing issue (shower and toilet not draining). unfortunately it was "too late" for their plumber to come out that evening to handle the problem(even though it was submitted as an emergency request). If you're the person who handles the late night emergency stuff there should be nothing as too late.. so we spent the next few hours without being able to use the bathroom or take a shower (I'm a mechanic.. need that shower). A/C was not cooling downstairs was told it was a building defect. Aaron sent his tech over and found a piece of duct work had came loose and fixed the issue right away. Cooling is no longer an issue feels great especially after a hot day at work .
