I asked for a quote on some needed replacement repairs, and not only did the estimate beat out everyone else, but they had time within a few days to get me in and get the work done in fewer quoted hours than the big shops. The work was done quickly, and the estimate was the price. No mark-ups, no attempts at upselling me, no coming back with "blinker fluid"-type diagnoses to try and get more money out of me.
