Guy was nice, quoted me 165 for a screen replacement on a 16 Plus. Had issues with typing the day of after the replacement. He replaced it again and it is still happening. Said I had to pay for another screen to fix it, at that point it would cost as much as an actual Apple repair. Has a clause you sign that says there are absolutely no refunds. Down $200 with a inconsistently working phone.
