Dorian is fantastic! He took time to explain everything—what the issue was, how he was fixing it, and even tips to prevent future problems. He didn’t rush through the job and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
Dorian is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He explains everything and is sincere in wanting to make everything right. He goes the extra mile. Debbie, who does the scheduling, is responsive and personable. I would definitely recommend Updated 7/31/2025: once again, Dorian came through for us, this time fixing our Bosch dishwasher. He came as scheduled, looked it over, explained everything, then went around to fixing it on the spot. Debbie get me apprised of his ETA up to the point of his arrival. The lack of professionalism at this establishment is astounding…apparently they won’t travel a few miles unless there are other appliances in the area that need to be fixed🙄 I was even willing to bring my mini fridge to them!
