Thank you Elvis for putting on the new chain and the new sprocket when I'm riding. Changing gears is very smooth now and it feels really tight. I can feel the teeth really tight with the chain so very smooth. Pedaling so now I just got to get my back brakes pads replaced. You were right on that so I feel that they're squeaking too much. Front brakes are good but back brakes need to be replaced. I fell at King and Spadina today so my handlebars twisted so I need a new fender so I'll have to come and see you guys for a new fen... read more

Great repair shop. They know their stuff on e-bikes and are always happy to chat about them. I've taken my e-bike to other old school established bike shops for various fixes and tune-ups - never involving any electronics or motor work - and the bike has come back arguably worse. Repair and Run are my new go-to for fixes. They are quick and the prices are very fair. They tell you exactly what they did, why they did it, and keep you informed of the repair status.
My son Ryder brought his KUGOO G2 Pro scooter in a few weeks ago and Ben was so incredibly helpful and knowlegeable and fixed his charging port that blew up. He had it done in just a couple of hours. Incredible service and if we have any issues going forward we will be sure to bring it back here. Thank you again!!
