Repair99 tech attempted to repair the microwave of our Kitchen-Aid oven/microwave combination unit while still under warranty. It honestly took them a month to figure out that it is a door switch to the microwave. Their tech did not see knowledgeable and would often drop heavy equipment on out kitchen tiles. After a long time and multiple calls to the manufacturer Kitchen, they seemed to fix the problem.
