They absolutely do give good service, our responsive And your phone calls or answered by a real person. But boy you're gonna pay for their service they mark up parts As much as 500% above list price. If you get more than one bed on a repair, they are gonna cost at least double anyone else
Called and was answered by kayla Neff. Emailed her what she needed and never responded back. Try to email her couple more times..no luck. Guess they are too busy to bother with new customers.
