Very very frustrated after calling them to check our HOBART dough mixer. They charged me $312 when they should have charged me $250. The visit included travel fee and they charged me 1.5hours where the technician was on call with customer service for a long time even when he was fully aware of that HOBART doesn’t offer any help over phone. So basically their research is on my time !! At the end of the call he didn’t get any help and then handed me a paper with what was wrong!
