Great customer service ONCE you are able to reach a live person (hence one star deduction). My solar panels stopped working 3 years after installation. I first emailed the person that I worked with previously. Email was blocked. I then emailed the person whose name and email address was on the invoice (for 10K+!), again blocked. REP installed my solar equipment for my home promptly and efficiently. They were helpful in explaining details to me and responded quickly to my calls and emails. Pleased that it is up and working.
Reviewing a solar install isn’t like rating a restaurant where you know what to expect. For most it’s a one time deal. If you make the wrong decision on your installer you could be in for a tough ride. Equipment is important because the panels will likely outlive some the companies who install them, but you need an installer who knows the process.
