The trainers are kind, motivating, and create an inclusive environment. They encourage you to push yourself but always meeting you where you're at—really appreciate that level of thoughtfulness and energy. The space is clean and inspiring to work out in. I've been training there for a couple of years now.

I cannot say enough good things about REP. I am very new to really lifting weights and feeling confidence within new spaces after my mom passed away in December. My self worth and confidence has been so low, but finding REP- and the instructors has been such a gift. Emma emails and checks in out of pure care about her clients, Chelsea and Kubo's classes have helped me really learn and feel seen as they instruct with such love and guidance, and now I am meeting with Sahar for personal training once a week- and man, will she b... read more
I tried my first class today with core Wednesdays. It's not so bad and it's only 45 minutes.
