If I could give him a 0 I would. Advocating for a homeowner. We started a job. Noticed the floor in the hallway sank 2 inches in 2 ft. One peek in the attic and it was clear as day that the ridge was cut off with na Sawzall and being held up by a single 2x4 landing only on a top plate. No header. We (the realtor and myself)called him to ask how this was missed, costing the homeowner thousands of dollars. He got combative. Said its not his issue. And hung up on us.
