Home inspector claimed to be thorough and didn’t inspect a whole unfinished portion of the basement. Leaving me with a huge foundation repair that would have turned me away from the buying the home. I contacted him multiple times and he stopped responding to my calls. I would not recommend this inspector to anyone. This guy acts like he’s better than other inspectors and claims to be of high moral character. Pay the extra money and get a real home inspection to save yourself the headaches and stress.
