He is a slum lord
Can't be happier in deciding to have Rick to inspect a house that I was considering to buy. I was present at the time of the inspection, asking him a lot of questions. He was friendly and willing to answer all of my questions patiently. He spent about 4 hours inspecting every single detail of the house. He even climbed the roof, which is not common among inspectors as far as I know. In the end, he provided me with a detailed report that was over 30 pages long and contained about 100 pictures.
