This has been best customer service experience I have had that I can remember. I have been in customer service myself for 29 years. Brad Peterson was so accommodating when we were looking to buy our trailer. Spent a long time in the rain talking with us and had no problem answer ALL of my questions. Didn't try to oversell us and went above and beyond in my eyes. We will certainly recommend REP to everyone we know and we will be a long time customer from here on out.
