I purchased a USED SimplyGo portable oxygen concentrator from a neighbor because a new machine costs about $2k. We used this portable machine on planes/cars when traveling. After many years it quit working. I called ReOx Medical Services to see if it was fixable. It was and at an affordable price! I love this company. ReOx Medical Services repaired my husband's home oxygen unit. Customer service is excellent. Very helpful and kept us informed on how long it might take before we would hear back on if the unit could be repaired and provided quote at the expected time frame. The repaired unit works quite well now. We will definitely use them in the future should the need arise.

The customer service from ReOx is truly amazing! I experienced an issue with a Companion 5 unit the day after Thanksgiving and called ReOx for help. Within the hour I heard back from Todd, and he walked me through the device over the phone. Once he determined that the unit needed to be replaced, Todd went the extra mile and located a local number for me to call for help. Thank you, Todd & ReOx! I genuinely appreciated your assistance and my older parent thanks you too!
