Would not trust this place to even change my oil after this experience. My girlfriend trusted a family friend at City Auto with her 2003 VW Jetta but apparently City Auto's trust was misplaced. They had the work done at Reox Automotive and the results were improper installation and horrendous customer service. The Jetta was delivered to Reox with an engine diagnosis as well as the parts for the repair. Both were 100% accurate and nothing more was needed. The part was in perfect condition. This company made my truck run worse than before I took it in. Used a coupon that they put out and then didn't want me to use it spent $300 and now they dont want to back their warranty up. Taking it to a main dealer.
