I moved into an MFTE one-bedroom apartment at REO Flats in October 2024 and have had a very positive experience overall. I used live here, and wanted to leave a review for one of the maintenance guys, Bradley. On top of being thorough with his work, he was just the nicest person. He was mindful of being clean while he was there, and he even came back to check up on the issue before he left for the day. Every apartment building seriously needs a maintenance guy like Brad!
Great place to live if you like the city. The staff is wonderful and they treat you with compassion. Savannah is amazing. I’ve been here for 10 years
Love this place! I've lived here for two years and have had zero issues. Savannah and the team do a great job! The key-less entry both into the building and keypad into the apartment is super handy. The rooftop is a great place to chill and soak up the summer sun! It's also located around some really great restaurants and coffee shops :)
