I love this place to get seen by these doctors because I think their the best doctors their friendly and do everything they need to do. as for the front desk ladies I think their customer service is very POOR, they never pick up the phone to either schedule or reschedule appointments, you would think they really are busy but when you walk in there they are not on their personal phones & just chit chatting with each other.. every time I call I could NEVER get threw and when I finally do they hang up the call... I have been a patient here since I was 13. 15 years later I am searching for a new physican because every time I am in need of an appointment, they try to schedule me ATLEAST a week out. The first time after I begged for an appointment and they denied me, I went to urgent care and was diagnosed with pneumonia. Second time I called I thought I had strep... Turns out after going to urgent care yet again.. I was positive for strep. They take on all these new patients for money and forget how to take care of their existing ones.... read more
