This guy is a scammer! He installed used carpeting in our house. A month later it was falling apart. He wont replace. Even his one installer says he is dishonest. Do not do business with him. You will regret it.
I've never been so impressed with the service at Renz floors, the carpet I ordered didn't fit well in my home and Renz did extra work without charging! Can't say enough good things about this place, unfortunately now that the project is complete I probably won't be coming back for awhile. Thanks Ray!
A little known flooring store in San Rafael with THE BEST prices. Really must check this one out. Ray is friendly, helpful and will give you the best deal in town. Shop elsewhere and then go and talk to Ray. They also have great remnants!
